Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

jabrr LLC ("jabrr," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI automation company serving mortgage industry professionals. Our products include Lola (AI database reactivation), jabrr Command Center, Transcriber, and Calculator. We are incorporated as jabrr LLC, operating under the d/b/a Rogers Farms LLC.

2. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you:

• Visit jabrr.com or lola-app.jabrr.com
• Submit a contact form or apply for a pilot
• Participate in a Lola pilot or use any jabrr product as an operator

This policy does not cover the end-borrower contacts in a Lola operator's database. Those contacts are processed under the operator's own consent and compliance infrastructure.

3. Information We Collect

From website visitors:

• Information you submit through our contact and pilot application forms (name, email, company, message)
• Basic usage data from analytics tools (page views, session duration, device type)
• Pixel events from Meta and TikTok advertising pixels (on lola-app.jabrr.com only)

From Lola operator accounts:

• Contact and company information for account setup
• API credentials and configuration for CRM/LOS integration
• Aggregate performance data (call metrics, conversion rates) for reporting

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal financial information through our marketing sites.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to contact form submissions and pilot inquiries
• To onboard and support Lola pilot operators
• To improve our products based on aggregate usage data
• To send product updates and relevant communications (you may opt out at any time)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information to train AI models for purposes unrelated to your jabrr account.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process data as part of normal operation:

• Formspree — form submission processing (formspree.io)
• Vercel — website hosting and CDN
• Google Fonts — font rendering (fonts.googleapis.com)
• Meta Pixel — advertising analytics (lola-app.jabrr.com only)
• TikTok Pixel — advertising analytics (lola-app.jabrr.com only)
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We select providers that maintain appropriate data security standards.

6. TCPA and Mortgage Industry Compliance

Lola is an AI communications product that may be used by operators to contact their own database of contacts. We are building to TCPA PEWC (Prior Express Written Consent) standards. All outreach initiated through Lola requires that:

• The operator holds valid consent from the contacts being reached
• Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently
• All AI voice communications include appropriate disclosures

Lola operators are responsible for their own compliance with applicable federal and state communications law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state-specific statutes.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months for business purposes. Pilot operator data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at jared@jabrr.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, access controls for internal systems, and vendor due diligence for third-party services. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active operators via email. Continued use of our products after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
